How Inception handles data on this website and, after a contract, on the operator stack.
Who this covers
Visitors to inception.de and anyone who sends a project brief: name, work email, company, market and product mix.
After go-live we process operator staff accounts and, as a processor, player data for the operator who holds the gambling licence. The signed agreement and DPA sit above this page.
What we collect on this site
- The fields you type into Get started, plus the time and the page you sent them from.
- A short technical fingerprint (hashed IP, user agent) so we can limit abuse.
- Usage data from Google Analytics — page views, device and approximate location — via gtag.js, measurement ID G-ZN34ELC0P8. We do not run ads from this site.
Why we process it
To answer a partnership enquiry, map a stack and keep a record of the brief. Legal bases: legitimate interests and, where you tick the box, consent. We do not sell enquiry data.
Platform data after contract
Identity, payments, KYC, responsible-gaming and security data stay on the stack the operator licensed. Encryption, access logs and retention follow that licence pack and the DPA.
Players exercise access, correction and erasure through the operator. We support the request in the back office.
Who else sees it
Google processes analytics events as a processor. Hosting, email and advisors see data only as needed to run the company. Enquiries are not shared with unrelated marketers.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful briefs stay only as long as the conversation needs, then they are deleted or archived. Contracted operators follow the term in the agreement.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw the enquiry checkbox at any time. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
